Whereas, the Division of Public Licensing has recently released under the Freedom of Information Act listings of various professionals that fall under their licensing Social Security numbers;
Whereas, the City of Medford collects Social Security #'s on various applications
Be it resolved, that the City Solicitor prepare a policy for City Hall Departments that addresses the release of information while protecting the identity of various permit applicants.
