A Public Hearing will be held by the Medford City Council in the Howard F. Alden Memorial Auditorium, 85 George P. Hassett Drive, Medford, Massachusetts, on Tuesday Evening, June 26, 2007, at 7:00 P.M. on a petition from Stephan Bates of STB Enterprises, d/b/a Pranzi's., for a Special Permit to extend Hours of Operation to operate its business at its restaurant in accordance with, Chapter 94, section 94-145 (b), Extended Hours of Operation on said site being located on 186 Winthrop Street., Medford, MA., in an GR (General Residence) Zoning District as follows:
Monday through Sunday 11:00 P.M. to 3:00 A.M.

Dear Mr. President and City Councillors:
I respectfully request and recommend that your Honorable Body take the following action in order to balance the Fiscal 2007-2008 budget:
Reduce Budget Line #010-433-5293, Waste Disposal by $350,000 to a
total of $4,187,000.
This reduction is the result of a re-negotiation of the existing Waste Management contract. A copy of the new schedule will be forwarded once the contractual amendment is executed.
