MONDAYS
EXERCISE (Pilates-type) with Instructor Sergio Vinci, 12:45 pm. Ongoing; register in office (you will need to fill out a health information form). Fee: $2.00 per class. Auditorium.
TUESDAYS
LINE DANCING with instructor Chiara White, 9:30 – 11:00 am. Ongoing; register at time of class (please renew health info form). Fee: $3.00 per class. Auditorium.
KNIT & CROCHET with instructor Pauline Andrews, 10:30 am. Fee: $1.00 per class. Limited to 15. Beginners please bring size 10 knitting needles of J crochet hook. Senior Center Library.
INTRODUCTION TO COMPUTERS with instructor Lisa Donaruma-Shea, 1:00 pm. Fee: $20.00 for six-week course. Designed for students with NO computer experience. Enrolling for the next session; sign up in office. Computer/Meeting Room.

WALKING CLUB with facilitator Jessica Flaherty. Meets at the Senior Center at 9:30 am, from April 9th to May 14th. Free.
ART CLASS with instructor Don Polley, 9:00 – 11:00 am. Ongoing. Fee: $4.00 per session

CREATIVE READING & WRITING with instructor Jessica Flaherty, 2:00 – 3:00 pm. Begins October 3rd. Limited to 12; no fee. Senior Center Library.
BINGO GAME every week at 1:00 pm in the Auditorium. No sign up; 6 cards/$2.00.
THURSDAYS
CHAIR YOGA with instructor Peggy Gardiner, 9:30 am. Great for muscle tone and a sense of well being! Ongoing; $2.00 per class.

BOWLING GROUP: meets at Senior Center at 10:00 am. $6.30 for three strings; transportation is limited to 10; you may also drive yourself. Ongoing; sign up in office and specify if you need transportation. Ryan’s Amusements.
BELLY DANCING with instructor Nazera. Belly Dancing is a traditional Middle Eastern Folk Dance, originally performed as a fertility rite by women. It IS a fantastic form of exercise—you will use muscles you never knew you had, while having fun! Please pick up a health information form when you enroll. Nazera has over 35 years’ experience in Belly Dancing, and has performed at venues in Lebanon, Greece and the Middle East. Fee: $4.00 per class; ongoing.
FRIDAYS
TAI CHI CHI KUNG, the ancient form of exercise that improves breathing and posture and releases tension, with instructor Marie Favorito. Great for people who suffer from arthritis, fibromyalgia, etc. Limited to 40. Call for class availability and fees: 781-396-6010. Auditorium.

EXERCISE EQUIPMENT: Call about hours for using the treadmill and exercycle. Doctor's letter required.
NOTE: All exercise programs are funded, in part, through an Executive Office of Elder Affairs grant. You will need to fill out a health information form in order to participate in any exercise program.
